I am requesting the my tax dollars be spent on complete resurfacing of the following Streets, 5137 Papaya Drive, Palm Avenue between San Juan and Dewey, Dewey between Madison and Winding Way, Winding Way between Dewey and San Juan, and San Juan between Winding Way and Madison. These streets are in horrible shape. Not only do they develop new big pot holes everyday that in turn cause accidents, aliment issues and flat tires for us Fair Oaks residents . City of Fair has allow service providers (electric, water, phone, internet, cable tv) to come in and dig up these streets. Fair City does not follow through with inspection of how they restore the street. They in fact do a crappy cheap repair fill that only makes the streets more bone rattling.
The those repairs turn into pot hole, and tar bumps I have to drive on everyday. Not that be the street look and ride like crap. I fell the other side of Fair Oaks City are much better maintain then my neighbor streets. I move here a year ago from Palm Desert and the streets there were always well maintained. I notice Folsom seems to be able to get their streets resurfaced. they are all ready to drive on but these turn into pot hole. When was the last time these streets were completely resurfaced. I bet it hasn't been done since the late sixes which when my house at 5137 Papaya Dr, was build. Please provide me with an answers.
