Description

High volumes of WB rights; some realize their mistake after entering the int, others just continue. Signage above and beyond MUTCD warrants needed.

Chamberlain also has problems with this. Then again, I'm not sure whose bright idea it was to make a street two-way at each end and one-way in the middle.

Closed City of Raleigh 3 (Verified Official)

The Public Works Department has responded. A field investigation was done. There is adequate signage at this intersection: A no right turn sign, one way signs, and 2 Do Not Enter signs. The city will increase the size of the “No Right Turn” sign on the mass arm and will add a wrong way sign on the west side of Horne Street.
