Description
The Alley between the 4500 blocks of East and West Seminary was graded and graveled a few months ago after an extended time of terrible disrepair. The job was done poorly, the grading was almost non existent and the gravel insufficient. Potholes have returned in all the same places. Many people park in garages in this alley. It needs to be repaired, graded and graveled correctly this time. And we should not have to wait until next year or next season. It's inexcusable.

12/19/2013 - Thanks so much for communication with Richmond City government. This situation with the alley (4536 - 4524 East Seminary Ave) is still pressing because all four motor graders are in the shop and crew members for Alley Repair are also currently working Leaf removal program - the City of Richmond is of course endeared to addressing your service needs as stated although work is pending.
