This has not been repaired or the problem has reoccurred. It was reported to 311 on March 28, 2019 at approximately 3:00 PM

This concern has not been repaired. Manhole cover was still defective today and yesterday. Please fix.

This is the second time I've seen an issue marked as repaired when no attempt was made at all.

Someone has looked at it. There’s spray paint markings now

I reported this as on Headon Forest Dr. at Newport St. There are paint markings at the one I reported and there’s been a repair around the corner at a manhole cover on Northampton.

Both manhole covers have been repaired.
