Belleville & W. Clay - O-195 Exit Ramp area onto City street, pavement joint not aligned. tried to report this previously and was passed on to VDOT, who investigated and is determined that this location is maintained by the city. please fix this bad bump so that it won't continue to damage motorists' cars?!
