Description

14th street is a dead end and cars turn down it, not knowing, and are driving very fast. There are children playing throughout the summer and the street is so short, drivers do not have much time to realize this. There needs to be a dead end sign and a children playing sign posted. I have posted this before and nothing has gotten done. I called about 2 and a half weeks ago about this and STILL NOTHING!
