Actually it would be great if you wouldn't make light of dogs barking excessively at all hours of the day and night which is what this community is had to deal with. I love dogs and we all know that the occasional barking will occur. What we're dealing with here is a dog owner who is completely ignoring appropriate dog care, has been leaving the dogs out to bark at all hours of the day and night. The complaint is based on what is clearly a violation of Oakland laws and neighborly respect. You're making light of that and snarky comments when you don't know what's going on is not particularly appreciated. Dogs are some of the most important and special animals we humans have the pleasure of caring for. These animals are not being cared for and on top of that their owner is allowing them to be stressed and impacting the quality of life of everyone around her home.

Dogs bark when they're stressed. Dogs bark when they're seeking to protect. But it's incumbent upon owners to not allow excessive barking to impact the quality of life of one's neighbors. I'm not sure what kind of dog owner you are. Perhaps you one of those kind of folks who thinks just because you have a dog that it's okay for them to park their heads off and your neighbors to be disturbed. Fact of the matter is it wouldn't be okay if I bang music and a ridiculously high level at all hours of the day and night. So why would it be okay for someone's dog to be allowed to bark loudly and disturb the neighborhood at all hours of the day and night? So I don't really know what you're talkin about.
