This issue is not fixed

This light is way to long, I think sometimes only 2 cars can only turn left off Donner onto 23. If you are the 5th or 6th car you have to sit through 2 or 3 lights and the light is very very long.

This light situation was intended to help congestion. It has created more. The double lights are frustrating. The first light turns green and you cannot move forward becuase the second light (within a stone's throw) is still red. Traffic is always heavy in this area so the problem is not isolated to rush hour etc.

The lights on 23mile are not timed right, causing this problem. Going west on 23 the signal on the off ramp needs to stay green as the one before that turns red. This would allow the cars to continue leaving less congestion for the cars turning to 23 off Donner.
