Description

A group of four or five have been living on Bartlett or Deering near the corner since before Christmas. They have a number of vehicles including the one the seem to sleep in which is a black Honda SUV. Their 1 ton truck sat in front of my house for almost 2 months. I reported it many ways, it was ticketed, had two flat tires. They finally pulled it with a rope around the corner... there is sometimes a Harley. The back of the truck smells like poop. There are 2 or three other cars.
