Description

Just last week there was a clean up operation on the garbage and encampment, yet the crew left a lot of the debris there that has now multiplied. It is NOT JUST that the people living there are avoiding accountability to their drug use - Please find a way to document who is there and get them to rehab and or mental help. The rest of us in Oakland are paying an average of $3000 - Might as well get an RV and park for free like the people have been doing on the street
