Problem has improved. Took quite a few calls and a meeting before the police took it seriously but now they have. We will continue to call the police each time the church thinks it is ok to park on a sidewalk or block an alley. BTW..there are always dozens of LEGAL parking spaces available on Halsted so church members please consider using these!
