I48 dispatched via 311 complaint for construction without a permit. There was no contact information provided. Upon arrival I48 observed the correct address to be 12455 Sowden Rd. I48 created for this investigation. During this investigation I48 tried to make contact but there was nobody on site. I48 did find the office front door to be open. I48 was able to observe from the parking lot of what used to be a carwash new construction taking place. I48 observed the enclosure of the car wash bay into an office space. I48 posted a 1st notice. . A follow up is scheduled.
