Yes, the muddy mess has returned. And when it's not wet, it's a dry slippery mess. The weeds have encroached almost a foot over the sidewalk, and are growing back at the base of the wall under the viaduct. I guess the City is too lazy or cheap to do any proper fix.

I live one block north of the Junction Underpass - yes, it needs to be cleaned and swept quite often - there is again bird poop there and the gravel and dirt is reappearing after only a short time after cleaning - the answer - needs to be cleaned on a regular basis - needs to be fit for humans to walk under it - there is a lot of human traffic there on both sides - people with food shopping carts too - please someone attend to this underpass on a regular basis.
