900 block of N 23rd st is so dark at night, I fear for the cars parked along this road in the evening. All the light pole need new light bulb. Cars are being great in due to the lack of light on the street. This make it easier to them to break into cars park on the st.

I find it hazardous driving down these roads due to the lack of light at night time.
