So what you are saying is to change it so YOU don't have to wait so long. You forget that there is also traffic coming from Canal Rd. which is the main reason for the light.

Not at 11 PM I have sat there and not a soul has gone by on Saal ! Either that or time the thing !

You would have to contact the City of Sterling Heights on this since both 19 Mile and Saal are under city jurisdiction.

They are giving you more time to finish your phone call or twix-tweet or whatever you do with those contraptions.Cell phones should be banned!!!

this light is too long especially at 7:30 in the morning on a sunday when no one is coming!

If you get tired of waiting just go through the red light. I'm sure that you are so important that the cops wouldn't dare to give you a ticket.
