Hi. This is s request to please reopen our old request for this drainage issue to be dealt with. The gentleman who original came to discuss the issue with us decided that gutters on our side of the street would solve the issue. Apparently, he retired and the new person tried some other intervention? That did not work, as I hope you can see. When this water re-freezes (at night, usually), it will create the same icy sidewalk that we always get ticketed for no matter how often we try to clear it in inclement winter weather. There is a senior citizen at this address who is at risk of falling and we consistently get notices from our postal delivery person that our walk is unsafe.

We could use some help. We will work with you on a solution. Thanks.
