Home owner of the four floor house across the street faces her radio toward the window and plays the SAME song over and over for hours at a time, day and night. I have lived on this street for 5 years. This occurs at least once a month. Providence police have been called - and responded - numerous times with no change. This greatly affects the quality of living (and property value) of our neighborhood. Last night the police responded within two minutes of my call (wonderful!) but they were unable to get the attention of the homeowner and the noise persisted through the night and has now continued for more than twelve hours.
