A short stretch of Riverland Rd., from S.R. 7 to about Tortugas Lane, belongs to my agency, the Florida Department of Transportation. As this is a request for new signage, I am referring this to Teresa O'Conner with our Traffic Operations division for evaluation. Should her office approve, it will issue a work order calling for the installation of the signs along that portion belonging to the DOT.
Broward County would be responsible for taffic-related signs on the rest of Riverland Rd. Therefore, copied here is Greg Lovaglio with the county.
Greg, you also might want to consider that there is a middle school on Riverland at SW 30th Terr.).
