Description

Several "camps" are springing up in the area of Roseville Road between Watt and Winona in the N. Highlands/McClellan area. Picture shows one encampment next to the Railroad tracks with its own scarecrow. There are others camping at the Myrtle Creek bridge that goes under the tracks. It is not safe or clean - debris, trash, refuse going into the creek and strewn along the streets.
