Description
The intersection of 33rd and Chestnut is in bad need of traffic enforcement.
The traffic signal on east bound chestnut st turns red. The signal facing south displays a walk signal and a red turn arrow. There is a no-turn on red sign present.
Drexel pedestrian traffic attempts cross chestnut st. Motorists turning right onto chesnut street ignore the red and plow through the red light, red-arrow and no-turn on red while pedestrian traffic has the right of way.
Drivers who do heed the red signal get honked at by the ignorant motorists behind them.
I was nearly struck a few minutes ago. Crossing this street is a daily challenge. It need not be. Please he.p.

Drexel kids have death wishes, there is no other way to explain how they're always in the middle of the street. I'm quit shocked that more of them aren't hurt .
And drivers. Oh boy. I watch people do 60mph on this stretch, sooner or later one of them will be launched into a building or the sidewalk.
