This has been a problem for years, and it's also been reported for the same length of time. It would be greatly appreciated if the city would perform a sweep of this area--remove the dumping, paint the abandoned factory, move the homeless out, and then keep on top of this block, which is always problematic and sullies the rest of the area. For example, the most recent incidents of dumping on this block have been reported at least four times, yet every night, more debris accumulates. This is maddeningly frustrating and reduces the area's quality of life. Please attend to these problems, lest they negate the potential of the City Slicker's project. Thank you.
