Description

Entire length of Rand Ave--from Cheney Ave (Grand Lake Theater) to Mandana Blvd--has severe asphalt deterioration. Only the part of road that straddles the center divider line still has asphalt paving therefore "driveable", but with potholes at each intersection (Wickson, Glenview). Asphalt mostly deteriorated from curb lanes, exposing large patches of concrete roadbed in curb lanes--and a bumpy 3-block-long ride on a street one block from Lakeshore Ave.
