The backyard is worse for a house that use to be immaculate. A moldy smell can be smelled from by bedroom, my sinusitis and allergies have worsen. I have found snakes, racoons and possums in my yard or startled me in the evenings. Help resolve this, isn't there some action the city can do to help residents out faster with these types of blight and health/safety issues? Please respond. Thanks.

Private Abandon Property 7+ years -- I just came home, pulled in my drive way and this is what was there waiting on my driveway. I just happen to turn in at the right angle. Where there is one, there are others. I am tried of having to live next to this front & backyard every year. I Don't Like Snakes!!!!!!!!! Nor this blight next to my property while the owners don't for theirs and the City of East Point/Fulton County can't or won't correct this after 7 or 10 years but raise my taxes! Fix This quickly.

Ok, what is the "Next step" beyond certified letters, posting citations on the door and assigning case to different code enforcement agents? Reality: Would you as a person, property tax paying citizen want to live and put up with this, if it was you? If you lived in East Point? What is Next and how long do the owners who clearly don't care have to respond and what are they being held accountable to do? Thanks.

I just stepped out my car in my driveway and there was a small snake approaching my back tire and door. I maced it so I could grab my package and get to my door. I don't care for snakes!!!!
