Description

There is a purple/blue Hyundai sonata PA plate HZT4802 that comes from coatesville area and takes 322w towards west chester.this guy is completely out of control tailgating passing on the left honking horn and passing school buses just to name a few things. I am certain if anyone goes that way from 630-7am they will know also. Ive seen him in at least two road rage fights.
