Recycling bins still have not been emptied along Oxford and White Oak. They should've been emptied six days ago. 311 Has now closed four reports of this issue, but has not emptied the recycling bins. All of the bins, sitting out in the weather for a week, or becoming a health hazard to the entire neighborhood. Further, each time a bin blows over, or is knocked over, litter scatters around the neighborhood for blocks.
