Description

There are huge piles of leaves blocking the sidewalk on Greenwood Ave between Church Road and Greenwood Place. This is a serious hazard to pedestrians-- you have no choice but to walk on the road with cars speeding down it, unable to see you (especially at night). Plus the leaves have been cleared on the other side of the street. Makes no sense.
