Description

The light timing at the intersection of H St, Mass Ave, and 3rd St NW makes very little sense. The signals are timed poorly and not synchronized. For example, westbound H St traffic ends up caught in the middle of Mass Ave because the light at 3rd turns red too quickly. Similarly, the light on 3rd & Mass is only 13 seconds long. Not sure if there was a logic to these, but seems like things could be adjusted so traffic flows more smoothly.
