Description

In the last 6 to 8 months, two upper-story windows have fallen out of this property onto the sidewalk on Hayes Street on windy days. I know for a fact least one more window has fallen out in the past, and possibly a fourth. (I've lived next door for 16 years.) Luckily these glass panes have not struck anyone walking by on the sidewalk. But they are an extreme hazard. It appears the landlord only replaces a window once it has broken. I believe all of the windows should be replaced on the Hayes Street side of the building, to prevent any further hazardous and potentially injurious conditions. Thank you.
