Do away with the contraflow lane all together. It doesn'twork as many drivers can't grasp the concept and traffic seems equal in both directions anyway. The neighborhood has asked for it to be eliminated numerous times. Like others have said, the lights are inconsistent and it is ridiculous to outlaw a left turn at Dunlavy for the HEB traffic.
