Description

this is a homeless encampment. i have reported it multiple times. it is well into the street, there are rats and rubbish, mattresses, furniture, tarps, and all manner of debris. why have you not cleaned this up? this is an up and coming residential area that is struggling. this kind of blight only brings the neighborhood down. 11th and Pine 94607
