It's getting worse Friday morning trash company trucks picking up trash at 4:50 am making lots of noise woke me from a sound sleep. I have tried to talk to the owner of the hardware store his name Tod Steward he would not speak with me had one of his employees relay a message to me saying it was not his problem it was the landlords problem he would not provide the landlords name to me. I went to Clinton town hall try to find out who the property owner was this is public information and should be available it wasn't town employees could only provide me a website of LLC no name only a phone number with a little research i was able to find out who the property owner was his name Jim Bussman lives in madison Connecticut i called him he said to he would look into the matter and call me back well needless to say he never called back and the noise continues. My point being nobody cares not even the Clinton police when i called them to complain of the noise the wise cracking cop says to me planes helicopters and trains are all in service at that hour. Well Mr wise cracking cop planes and helicopters are not flying over Clinton at low altitudes causing disturbance in the early morning hours as for the trains if wanted to hear them i would have moved closer to the tracks. At this time there is no noise ordinance in the town of Clinton there should be. There is a noise ordinance in the town of Madison were Mr Bussman lives.
