Once there, look for pot holes and type your location, and according to the web-site someone will respond within 3 to 5 business days.

GREAT NEWS THE POTHOLE WAS FIXED AS OF TODAY BY 6:00PM. THE DAY AFTER LABOR DAY.
Initial someone else reported the hazardous pothole, and nothing was done for approx. 21-23 days. So I went back out to the site and took a photo of the hazardous pothole and then uploaded the photo (since photo's are worth a thousands words), and to include my vote for a request to please make repair right away. I then sent an email to a few friends that live on this street to please make their vote as well.
While doing my research, for how to correctly report a hazardous pothole problem, I found the web-site that directly links to the Director of Dallas Street Services, Mr. Gilbert Aguilar. So I also requested many of my friends to visit the Director of Dallas Street Services, web-site to include their request for repairs.
See here the additional web address you may want to visit as well in the future. http://www.dallascityhall.com/services/streets.html
Best of luck,
Claude Griffin
ps. I will take a photo tomorrow to show the proof of completion.
