Description
Green light to turn left onto Rindge Avenue from Massachusetts Avenue is too short. Recently, the green arrow to turn left has not been coming on, so cars have been backing up on Mass Ave as there is too much traffic to turn without an arrow. This has been affecting the 83 bus which takes this route.
