Description

Turn light arrows activate every light sequence forcing all traffic on Highland Road to stop unnecessarily. Fix the lane actuators to only activate the arrows if a vehicle is attempting to turn off of Highland Road.

It seems like they have adjusted the timing of the turn arrow to only come on if a car is sitting in the turn lane prior to the green light activating for Highland Road traffic.
