Description

Right after crossing the bridge into Caldwell County on the right hand side of the road there is a bank of red mud that moves into the roadway every time it rains. I have observed traffic swerving into the other lane in an attempt to avoid the mud. This occurs on a high traffic roadway that is already in bad shape due to the rain.
