Description
This issue has been reported before. Repair was made--it lasted day or two and the problem has been back for several weeks. The issue is a manhole cover infront of the house in the southern most lane of Forsyth st. It makes a horrible click-clack sound every time a car runs over it. This being the busy street it is--this happens dozens of times a day. Hundreds of people live/sleep within earshot of this noisy cover and it has become a real nuisance. Lets get it fixed right this time.
