No kidding, we don't need more traffic accidents due to poor road design and traffic control then we already have. Every day these poor people have to pull out into traffic to even see.

Yes, I hate making this turn every morning. I have almost been hit several times. You simply can not see what is heading towards you. On top of that people do 45-50 mph. This will eventually turn into a really nasty accident if it is not fixed.

This is a horable turn. I have to make it every morning. You can not see at all.

Yes, please please get a light installed. They really need one here. Every morning people pull out of here and almost cause an accident. I would happily wait for a minute at a light if it will avoid these daily near accidents.

This really is a bad turn. I was looking at a condo here and i'm thinking about not buying now due to all these complaints. I hope they fix this quick for the safety of everyone who lives there and drives buy.

Please fix this. Just this morning two cars had to slam there brakes to avoide hitting each other. People can just not see well enough.

How is there no light here. This intersection is near suicide to pull out of. GET THIS FIXED!!!!!

This is a disaster. At the very least they need an all way stop. Please don't let someone get killed for the cost of a light or two stop signs. Isn't life worth more than this?

Wow, I just saw this. This is a very bad intersection. A light is an absolute must. Please get this done soon.

The Meadows have been around for over 30 years and I have never heard there was an accident. I have lived in The Meadows for 6 years and I pull out of there several times a day and have never come close to having an accident. I do agree that something should be done, but a light or stop signs are not the answer. Do you realize the congestion a light or stop signs would make? A better solution would be to cut back the property on either side of Meadowview ln. This would give a better site line of Egypt Rd both ways and you wouldn't need to pull out onto Egypt.

A on demand light would be perfect. Egypt road would be green except when someone needs to exit. Keep traffic moving and let people safely out.

Even if you had a better view for pulling out there are still people who do 50mph on that road. A light is really the only safe anwser.

An on demand light sounds perfect to fix this. Would be a nice change rather than almost getting cut off by the residents there.

I agree it's really time to get a light in here. I can't believe they have not installed it yet. It's been bad for years.

I really don't see the problem. First of all unless you are in a high horsepower sports car you can't reach a high speed coming from route 29. You are coming from an almost complete stop and driving up an incline. Driving towards 29, you need to be slowing down around the Meadows' entrance because of the curve and 29 coming up. I really think you are all overexagerating this problem. I will agree it is hard to see to the right especially, when pulling onto Egypt, but I have not felt endangered. If anything it is people cutting the turn short when pulling in from Egypt. I have almost gotten hit waiting to pull out because of that.

Your right that is another problem. A light would eliminate that danger of people entering because the other traffic would be at a stop. A on demand light is really the right anwser for here.

It is about time they do something about this. There needs to be a light put in. Just one that gives a few seconds of safe time for people to pull out. For everyones safety it's needed.

I can't believe all the comments about this entrance! All you have to do is take your time and be careful.
The real problem is the Norwood St. exit when you go out Norwood to Rt. 29....it is impossible to get onto rt.29.....that's where the real problem is and a real need for a traffic light...... they do speed up and down rt.29,.this has been reported to the U.P Twsp. Supervisors to NO avail.....when some people get seriously injured or killed, then maybe it will be addressed.

Both places need a light. This whole community is ignoring the issue. This is what Government dose. They steal your money and never do what they should be doing. There should be a light in both locations by now but still nothing.

This is am insult that there is no light here yet. It's time to get this fixed. Where are my tax dollers now? Leave it to government to steal your money and do nothing but fill there own pockets.

I can tell you all exactly what you need to do.First,get a petition drawn up stating your request for two "ON_DEMAND" lights one at each entrance and exit(Egypt&Norwood) have the residents sign it, and have the Board attend a Twsp. Mtg. and present the petition. And get the Phoenix involved! That's one of the reasons you have a board of directors, And get the Management Co involved, what are you PAYING them for???

The Meadows has a board mtg. scheduled for tues.9/7 at 6;30pm...owners invited....go and complain!!! that's why you have a management co. and a board.....USE THEM!!!

Well, I see as usual everyone wants to complain BUT not get involved and do something about the problem! The necessary proceedure was posted, but no one followed through on it.
As usual a complete lack of interest and involvement.......just complaints. That's why things never change at the Meadows.
