Description

The CHP and Oakland City services did a marvelous job of eliminating the encampment on the Highway 24 off ramp onto Claremont Avenue. However the woman would had around 15 shopping carts stored under the overpass on the sidewalk covered in tarps is back. She has about 6 carts covered with tarps on the sidewalk now, and I suspect that she is waiting until nightfall (as she always does after being told to evacuate the California state property on the off ramp) to return.
SOMEONE needs to go and pickup the stolen shopping carts and keep this situation under control because unless you set boundaries with this person, we will be back to square one where we were about a week ago.
Please do not let this person store the personal belongings of a small shipping container on the sidewalk I HAVE TO PAY $400.00 A MONTH TO STORE MY BELONGS - WE SHOULD SHE BE GIVEN A FREE PASS to store her things on the sidewalk and create urban blight along with it ?
