Description

NW corner. The curb was supposedly made Accessible. In doing so a 6 inch concrete lined pool was formed that holds all water and now mud and litter, debris etc. These are not handicap accessible and now they are not accessible to anyone. Please fix them, and please fix the system that keeps allowing this to be done.
