This banner has been a nuisance, hazard and eyesore for a week now.

no one, even when i used the app or called the dpw wanted to deal with it . the banner so i cut the lower ropes . so there .

You should have cut the top ones too!! Should have spent the money on 2 new trees near the other end of the block!!
