Description

407 Perkins was undergoing construction for the past year. They finished at the beginning of September and the construction company left a port-a-potty, a full dumpster/storage bin, and a bunch of construction debris in the street. This has been here for months with no permit. The fake permits that they put up can be seen in the photo. This is taking up street parking and is disgusting.
