Description
The bridge at Keele and the 401 has been under construction for a long time.. When exiting the 401 westbound and stopping at the lights at keele on the ramp one's attention is turned to the left and the mess of the lawn adjacent to the work site. A bit of an eye sore especially for vistor to Toronto

The whole Keele Street corridor from the 401 east exit to Keele, all the way north to Wilson Ave looks like the ghetto. When walking north on Keele towards Wilson from the 401, one can see that the bridge bars are being used to discard paper cups, water bottles and pop cans. The fence surrounding the MTO is constantly filled with litter. The front of the fence facing Keele St. next to the OPP is also filthy and full of litter.
Is there any way that the city can place garbage cans at the north and south points of the bridge near the traffic lights?
