Description

Concord Rd. at Venuti Drive is ridiculous and hazardous. The right-turn only lane goes into a neighborhood and is almost never needed. The left lane, however, NEEDS a turning lane and doesn't have it. People waiting to turn left jam up the people going straight; some violate the rule and use the right lane to go around them, and it's very dangerous. There's no reason for a right-turn only lane.
