Description

Sanitation dept is in clear violation of the noise laws when they are picking up trash, VERY LOUDLY, at 6 AM or even earlier. They are picking up for 2 business but there are nothing but residents around the area, I am withing 150 to 200 feet of these dumpsters and are sick and tired of being rudely awoken to the sounds of the trucks picking up and BANGING the dumpsters back on the ground. This is my 3rd complaint about it and still an issue. Do I need to get the news involved as well as complain to city counsel about it? They are not picking up in an all business area, there are homes close by!
