Description

Starting approximately September 4th, the left turn signal for cars travelling west-bound on Durant and turning left on Capital Hills Drive is set for an unnecessarily long time. There are often no cars and rarely more than 2 cars waiting to turn left onto Capital Hills Drive. traffic is severely backed up on Capital Hills Drive.
