Description

Cement truck route for either new residential development at 51st and Telegraph or 48th and Telegraph is our small residential street, Clarke Street between 51st and 48th Streets. Cement truck driver seen washing out in front of our neighbors house in gutter. Shouldn't truck route be Telegraph Ave? Shouldn't they be cleaning out at the construction site?
