Hi, Keith--FYI - at the most recent community meeting the Mayor held in our area, another resident complained about making a report on this app and having that report closed without the issue being resolved. The Mayor was NOT happy to hear that, and he told everyone in the audience if that ever happens to us, we should call his office and make a report directly to him. I"m just saying...:-)

Thanks Pam......I've been meaning to escalate this somewhere as this site is a joke. I've read many frustrated user issues, as not much ever gets done. The responses here are so automated, as if no one really cares. I've been posting for 2 years on this. They mark the drain in green to show they've been here. But I've never seen any crew actually here. And whatever they have done, if anything is not working, and I keep telling them that! I will call the mayor's office and see if anyone there can truly help. Thanks again!

Another storm, another back up. Still nothing done here. Called mayor's office and waiting to hear back. This is ridiculous!!!
