No this issue is ongoing...still a problem. Also to add to this intersection difficulty is the location of a natural gas station on the corner. With many large trucks pulling out this can increase the frustration of navigating the intersection.

In order for a stop sign to be placed at any intersection in Pennsylvania, the local municipality, Upper Uwchlan, needs to make the formal request to PennDOT. Once PennDOT receives this formal request, they conduct a traffic study and take any measures determined by the study.
