Description

we have over 400 hundred houses in this neighborhood and we really need a traffic light to enter and exit safely. the nieghborhood is Battery Point on HWY 80 and Mapmaker lane.

I live in Battery Point, and I actually prefer not having a light at this intersection, as I'm able to turn left more quickly than with the light at Bryan Woods Rd. My feeling is that a driver that wants a light can exit via Bryan Woods or at the other end of Mapmaker.

I agree to the above comment. There are two access points from Battery Point that will take you a traffic control light. Traffic coming off Islands Expressway and from Tybee shouldn't have to make a stop one block from another traffic device (80 and Bryan Woods Road).
