This is typical for every bimonthly heavy trash pick up day; many places are missed. I was pleasantly surprised the lot next to my house was completely cleared when I returned from vacation. Of course, I had submitted a 311 case 2 weeks prior.

I have to do this almost every month and I am sure it wont be the last time, the trash is not even close to my place but it needs to be clear.

Often I survey the neighborhood on my bike after heavy trash day and submit a bunch of these. Why the city doesn't just drive up and down every street and pick up everything is frustrating.

I don't know that this is heavy trash day being missed. I'm pretty sure our neighborhood is getting used for illegal dumping. The quantity and frequency of waste I see can't possibly be from just the houses around here. And it's not put out just bi-monthly, either.
